Hiring rules
- No smoking or vaping within our van. Pets can be taken for £40.00 per booking. Linen can be hired at £20.00 per set. Car seats can be hired at £30.00 per seat, we have 2x available.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
