Hiring rules

• GoGallivanting Motorhome Hire Listing Rules
• Booking & Payment
• Full payment, including security deposits, must be completed prior to collection.
• Cancellation policies as per Camplify guidelines will apply.
• Eligibility to Hire
• Drivers must be between the ages of 30 and 75.
• Drivers must hold a valid, full UK driving license for at least 2 years.
• International renters must provide an International Driving Permit alongside their national license.
• Renters must provide valid ID (passport or driver's license) and proof of address before the hire period begins.
• Driving and Mileage Limits
• Mileage is limited to 150 miles per day unless specified otherwise. Extra mileage will incur additional charges.
• The motorhome must only be driven on legally accessible roads.
• No offroad driving or attending festivals without prior approval from GoGallivanting.
• Vehicle Care & Usage
• The motorhome must be returned in the same clean condition as at the time of collection.
• All waste tanks must be emptied before returning the vehicle.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the motorhome.
• Pets are allowed only if preapproved and noted in the booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
• Fuel must be refilled to the level it was at the time of pickup. Any shortfalls will incur refueling charges.
• Breakdown & Accidents
• In the event of a breakdown, contact the provided roadside assistance number immediately.
• Any accidents must be reported to GoGallivanting and Camplify as soon as possible. A full incident report must be completed.
• Insurance & Security Deposit
• The motorhome is fully insured through Camplify. The renter is responsible for any excess, which will be deducted from the security deposit in the event of damage.
• A refundable security deposit will be required at the time of booking. This will be returned, minus any deductions for damage, extra mileage, or cleaning fees, within 7 working days after the vehicle is returned.
• PickUp & Return
• Pickup and return times must be adhered to as agreed. Late returns will incur additional fees unless prearranged.
• Any significant delays in pickup or return must be communicated to GoGallivanting at the earliest opportunity.
• Prohibited Activities
• The motorhome is not to be used for illegal activities or transported outside of the UK without prior permission.
• No modifications or attachments should be made to the vehicle.
• Damage & Repairs
• Any damage to the motorhome, either external or internal, must be reported immediately. The renter will be responsible for the costs of repairs if found negligent.
• Do not attempt to make repairs without prior consent from GoGallivanting or Camplify.
• Cleaning
• A standard cleaning fee will be applied to all bookings, but the vehicle must still be returned in good condition.
• If additional cleaning is required (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, or smoking), an extra fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

• Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.
