Hiring rules
- *Please allow at least 1 hour for handover/return of vehicle
- *Families, couples and individuals welcome
- *Sadly no stag and hen parties
- *Paws are welcome but please cover upholstery and conduct a thorough clean
- *This is a strict no smoking vehicle
- *Please ensure the vehicle is returned with a full tank of Diesel.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Flora 5.0We could not recommend Lillibet and Michaela highly enough! The van is beautiful, in excellent condition and very clean. Michaela has thought of every detail and it is also decked out with everything you could possibly need. I was worried because Id never driven anything of Lillibets size before but she was a dream to drive and is fitted out will all the mod cons, like the handy rear reversing camera. Michaela provided us with videos before the hire with the van set up, which were really clear and helpful as was her information at the handover. She even fitted in my sons car seat for us. We had a minor mishap with the immobiliser on our trip (my fault entirely) and she sorted the issue remotely for us very quickly. We had the most magical trip, which was certainly made by this beautiful van and Michaelas organisation. Thank you both!
