Hiring rules

  • No smoking inside please
  • No shoes allowed (carpet floor)
  • No pets allowed
  • No festivals
  • 200 miles/day excess miles is extra £1.00/mile
  • Return in the condition how you found it
  • We can clean it for you on return if you are willing to part with a £300.00 cleaning fee
  • Toilet cassette to be emptied , rinsed and topped up with supplied toilet chemicals or an additional fee of £250.00 applies
  • Return full of fuel or a surcharge will apply £3.00/litre as well as a £50.00 additional service charge
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The water hose to refill the caravan was all ripped and I had to get myself really wet the camper side Manager saw that I had no catholic the keys when I went to open the door it was very bad to open and he was stuck with superglue the tv was not working. I had to put it myself in place and you still didnt work the barbecue. I had to assemble it myself.

    A brilliant holiday in a wonderful van. We had a lovely time. Thank you very much Carmin. 100% recommend Bailey for anyone new to RV life!!

    We had a great time, felt so free. Van had everything we needed, was so easy to drive and manouvre, sitting so high made the trip even more pleasurable, could see over the hedgerows. Communication with Carmin was excellent and was always on hand to help us with switch positions in the van!...loved it will be back!!!
