Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a great time in Vera our first campervan experience John was very helpful and met us week before to go over everything. Vera was very well equipped with everything you could possible need. Good communication helpful and very friendly made us feel at ease. Can't wait till our next trip
