Additional information
Bedding can be provided for a small fee or you can choose to bring your own. Camping table and chairs can be supplied on request for an additional charge. We will provide you with a few basic items such as tea, coffee, salt and sugar etc. We can also provide an inflatable bed across the front seats to provide extra sleeping space.
Hiring rules
- Strictly, no smoking or vaping in the van.
- The van will come with a full tank of fuel. Please return with a full tank or we can fill up for you for a small charge (£2.00 / litre).
- Pets must never be left unattended in the vehicle at any time.
- Please avoid any muddy paws / feet on the seats.
- Insurance Hirer / Driver age must be between 25 and 70. No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for non major offences.
- Ensure electric hookup is disconnected and the roof is properly secured prior to driving.
- If you have any problems or questions during your trip, please reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can help you out as soon as possible.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
