Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Lisa 5.0Lovely van. Had everything that we needed for our weekend away at Silverstone campsite. Alex also supplied us with an external rear storage box with camping chairs and a table with room for some of our own items which helped a lot with space. Also a lovely picnic set with cutlery, bowls, kettle etc. we used the pop top for our suitcase and gave us the headroom needed. Alex took time to show us how everything worked on pick up day and was very helpful. We spent all day out but it made the perfect base. If going away for longer than a weekend we would probably recommend electric hook up so that you dont have to think about how much electricity you are using. All in all a great van, would definitely recommend. Thank you for the surprise gift Alex
