Hiring rules

  • Please observe a **10mph** speed limit within the park.
  • Quiet hours are from **11pm to 8:30am**; please be mindful of noise during these times.
  • **No smoking** is allowed in the caravan.
  • If you wish to use the swimming pool, you must **prebook** with reception. Please mention **7 Slaidburn** when booking for reference.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
