Hiring rules

  • Motorhome Hire House Rules
  • Driver Requirements:
  • Drivers must be between 25 and 79 years old with a valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of driving experience required.
  • Only drivers approved by us and named on the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle.
  • Fuel and Gas:
  • The motorhome will be provided with a full tank of fuel. Please return it with a full tank, or a refuelling charge will apply.
  • Gas bottles for cooking and heating will be provided. Ensure they are turned off when not in use and return them in the condition they were given.
  • Cleaning:
  • The motorhome must be returned in a clean condition. Wastewater and toilets must be emptied before return, or an additional fee of £100.00 will applied.
  • Smoking:
  • Strictly no smoking inside the motorhome. Failure to comply will result in a £300.00 charge.
  • Insurance:
  • Fully comprehensive insurance is included for one driver. Additional drivers can be added at an extra cost.
  • Insurance does not cover personal belongings, so please ensure you have adequate personal travel insurance.
  • For insurance purposes, we will require the following:
  • • Copy of driving licence (address & ID must be up to date).
  • • Two proofs of address from separate sources.
  • • Signed rental agreement
  • Breakdown Cover:
  • UK Breakdown cover is provided. In case of any issues, please contact the breakdown service immediately and inform us.
  • Security:
  • Please ensure the motorhome is locked at all times when unattended. Parking the motorhome in secure and safe areas is required to prevent theft or damage.
  • General Conduct:
  • Treat the motorhome with care and respect, as you would your own vehicle.
  • Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately. Failure to do so may result in additional charges/loss of security deposit.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
