- Please bring the van back clean and tidy otherwise a fee will be taken from your deposit.
- Mileage allowance 100 miles per day included in hire. Additional miles after that are charge at 0.32p per mile.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
