Campervan Hire Rules – Please Read Before Booking To make sure everyone enjoys a smooth and stress-free adventure, please follow these simple rules: No Smoking – Strictly no smoking inside the campervan or tent box. Fuel Policy: Full to Full – The van will be provided with a full tank; please return it full. Clean Condition – Please return the van in a clean and tidy condition. A cleaning fee may apply if returned excessively dirty. Pets Welcome – Use the provided dog crate if travelling with pets and clean up any pet hair before returning. No Off-Roading – Stick to established roads and official campsites. No off-road driving. Drive Responsibly – You are responsible for any speeding fines, parking tickets, or toll charges during your hire period. Respect the Equipment – Please treat all cookware, paddle boards, furniture and accessories with care. Festivals by Arrangement Only – Festival use must be agreed in advance. Mileage Limit. Additional mileage will be charged at 45p per mile Report Any Damage Promptly – Please notify us of any damage or issues as soon as possible.

- Drive Responsibly – You are responsible for any speeding fines, parking tickets, or toll charges during your hire period.

- Festivals by Arrangement Only – Festival use must be agreed in advance.
- Mileage Limit – 400 miles per day, capped at 2,000 miles for a weekly hire. Additional mileage will be charged at £0.45 per mile
- Report Any Damage Promptly – Please notify us of any damage or issues as soon as possible.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Steve 5.0The van had everything that was needed for a short break, it was easy to set everything up and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Rosie 5.0I had a great time away in this van. The best part was how well equipped it is. It comes with everything you could possibly need, I barely had to bring anything with me! Communication was great and we had a detailed run through before I left for my trip. Would highly recommend!
