Welcome to the charming Camperino! Our lovely, pop-top VW Campervan, perfect for fun adventures all year round. Perfect and comfortable for 2, but can sleep 4 with 2 in the lower cabin and 2 in the roof cabin. With sink, gas hob, portable fridge and enough basic cooking and eating utensils for 4 people (see pictures for range of cooking and eating/drinking utensils). Table and seating inside but also a table and 4 camping chairs for outside seating and dining, along with an external gas burner for that perfect alfresco cooking experience! Camper leisure battery provides basic light and essential USB power for off grid camping, whilst the 240v hookup can provide socket power while at a camp site. The lower cabin sleeping area is provided with SI matress and fitted sheet and the roof cabin is also provided with SI matress and sheet (we ask that you please use the sheets for hygiene purposes). Please bring along your own further bedding/sleeping bag/pillow for your own comfort requirements. A pop-up gazebo can be provided, at an additional cost, to give some additional outside covered space, ideal for cooking/sitting and of course perfect to keep things dry if the odd shower comes along! A full run-through of Camperino, and how everything works will be provided at the handover. There is Tea and Coffee on board so please help yourself! Please see the house rules section for extra items available by request, and their costings. Also for information regarding cleaning, fuel etc. Please note the van runs on Diesel fuel. We are located in Haslemere in Surrey just off the A3. There is communal space where you can leave your vehicle (but we cannot accept responsibility) or we can collect you from the mainline Haslemere Station for the van collection if easier. You will be provided with a full tank of Diesel and ask that you return with the same Please view all the Hiring Rules.

Hiring rules

  • There is No Smoking allowed in our Camper, and it is not for use at Festivals unless specifically requested and agreed beforehand.
  • If you wish to take Camperino abroad, this must be agreed at the point of booking so necessary arrangements and required documentation can be provided.
  • Please return the van in a clean and respectable state internally, and the same as he was handed over to you.
  • We will arrange an external wash between bookings, so please don't worry about washing the outside.
  • We must reserve the right to make a deduction of £90.00 for internal cleaning from your deposit should our van not be returned in a clean and respectable state.
  • You will be provided with a full tank of Diesel when you collect and you are asked to return the van with a full tank of Diesel. A charge of £30.00 will be made for each quarter of a tank if the fuel is not replaced. (and upto each quarter)
  • There is a weekly (or prorata) mileage limit of 1000miles. Any extra miles will be charged at 32p per mile.
  • Accidents can happen Please report ANY damage however small, internal or external.
  • All hirers are accepting responsibility for any parking or speeding fines along with responsibility for paying any relevant congestion/toll/road charges while hiring. Please note the vehicle is ULEZ compliant.
  • Extra Items are available as follows, by request. (Please confirm via your booking or via message and relevant charge can be adjusted).
  • Popup Gazebo available at £35.00 per trip.
  • The PopTop roof canvas should not be put away wet. If this simply cannot be avoided due to your situation, then please Pop the roof up again as soon as the weather is dry to allow the canvas to dry properly. Please advise on your return if for any reason the roof canvas may be wet.
  • Camping Gas is provided, but should it run out and you require to use more, then please just restock and keep the receipt We will reimburse you on your return as long as you can provide the receipt.
  • Our standard pickup time is 3pm with drop back at 2.30pm. Please contact us if you need these times altered to suit your trip and we will always try to accommodate to suit you if we can.
  • If you are unsure about anything at all, please just ask.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
