Parking: If arriving by car, we have a designated space for you to leave your vehicle during your trip. Arrival by Train: Nearest station is Neath. We're happy to meet you there with Mollie or collect you for a quick orientation. Bedding: Mollie has a double bed - She has a double bed duvet, covers and pillows in the van for when you make up the bed. You may want to bring extra or your own for comfort. Breakdown Policy: While we maintain our vans carefully, breakdowns can happen before or during your trip. If this occurs, we'll offer you the choice of either a full refund for the nights missed OR an alternative vehicle if available. Any alternative may be a different specification (better or worse) than your original booking. If you choose the alternative, please understand you're accepting it as your preferred option over the refund. Return Process: When returning Mollie, you'll complete a declaration form noting any damage, faults, or issues that occurred during your hire. Our return declaration is important for both of us - it's your chance to share any concerns so we can discuss them openly. Issues raised for the first time in reviews or later complaints are difficult for us to address fairly. Fair Reviews: We welcome honest feedback about our service, but we ask that reviews reflect what we've actually promised to deliver. Reviews about undeclared issues or expectations beyond what's outlined here don't represent fair use of our service. These are the key points for now. Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
