Additional information
As standard we’ll include 2 premium camping chairs, a low camping table and a large rattan camping mat. Happy to remove them if not needed though. You’ll also find a small box of fun camping games (including a deck of cards, travel scrabble and dobble), camping fairy lights, bunting and LED lanterns.
Hiring rules
- Atlas isn’t just a van we rent out, we take out family holidays in it too. We expect all hirers to treat it with the same respect we do so we can all enjoy it.
- 🚭 No smoking inside
- 🍳No cooking fatty foods that might spit inside the van (we have a separate gas cooker stored in the rear right hand storage compartment for outdoor cooking)
- ⛈️Please pack awning away (if using) before bad weather arises
- 🗓️ Hirer age restrictions (min 25 years)
- 🏕️ No freecamping please only use proper campsites
- ⛰️No off road, beach driving or extended driving on gravel roads
- ⚠️ EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you and notify one of us. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 and let one of us know immediately.
- 💔 DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- 🗺️ LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 miles a day with a maximum of 1000 miles included in the normal booking price. After 1000 miles, you will be charged .45p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
- ⛽️Please return Atlas in the same state you found it:
- Cleaned
- Full tank of petrol
- Empty water tanks (clean water and waste water)
- Gas switched off
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

It was imnaculate on pick up, extremely well stocked with eveything we needed- we literally only took food, bedding and clothing with us. Everything else Kerry provided. We are both over 6' tall and found Atlas comfortable to drive and sleep in. Highly reccommend.
