Hiring rules

  • Please do not smoke in the van.
  • Please ensure the vehicle is returned with a full tank of fuel.
  • Ensure any grey or black water has been disposed of prior to return.
  • Fees for failure to dispose of any waste or refuelling will be £5.00 each (plus cost of fuel).
  • Please ensure the van is returned clean (surfaces wiped down, floor swept, waste disposed of, outside of vehicle cleaned if soiled). Any cleaning fees will be dependent on the amount of cleaning needed if returned in an unclean condition.
  • Please report any breakages, including minor breakages, as soon as possible.
  • Mileage is ltd to 560 miles a week (80 miles a day). Extra mileage will be charged at £0.30 per mile.
  • Hirer must be 28 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
