Hiring rules

  • Pickup & Return:
  • Collect in Otley, North Yorkshire (parking available for your car).
  • Please return with a full tank of fuel, empty toilet cassette and empty grey water tank.
  • Standard pickup from 3pm, return by 10:30am (late fees may apply).
  • Use of Vehicle:
  • No smoking or vaping inside the motorhome.
  • Pets welcome by prior agreement.
  • Festivals, sporting events & large gatherings must be approved in advance.
  • Cleaning & Care:
  • Please return the interior in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Toilet cassette must be emptied — £50.00 fee applies if returned full.
  • Lost keys charged at replacement cost.
  • Mileage:
  • Includes 150 miles per day (averaged over your trip).
  • Excess mileage charged at £0.35 per mile.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
