• 🚐 Hire Terms & Important Information
• We want you to enjoy MOHO as much as we do, so we simply ask that you treat the motor home with care and return it in a similar condition to when it was collected.

• Driver Requirements
• • Hirer must be 28 years of age or older
• • Driver must have held a full licence for a minimum of 5 years
• • Please advise us of your planned destination/travel area when booking
• • Please note the vehicle is fitted with live tracking for security purposes
• ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• House Rules
• • Strictly NO smoking or vaping anywhere inside the motor home
• • No pets allowed
• • No large samesex groups
• • Please seek permission before attending festivals or events
• • Any damage, faults or breakages must be reported immediately so replacements or repairs can be arranged promptly
• • If using the awning, it must be packed away before bad weather or strong winds arise this is only for sun protection and then put away it is very costly if damaged
• • Waste water tank must be emptied before travelling and upon return
• Do not drive motor home with more than half a tank of water on board

• Before Returning MOHO
• Please ensure the following before dropoff:
• 1. Toilet cassette must be completely emptied and cleaned
• 2. Waste water tank must be emptied
• 3. Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of diesel
• 4. Interior must be returned clean and tidy
• 5. Please do not wash the exterior — we will take care of this ourselves, however if the outside is excessivly dirty cleaning fees may apply
• 6. Please bring your own duvets/sleeping bags, pillows and towels
• 7. If using the dining area bed, you will also need to bring suitable bottom sheets

• PickUp & DropOff Times
• Collection: Between 2pm – 4pm
• Return: Between 9am – 11am on the final day of hire
• Should you require collection or drop off outside of these times please message us and we can advise of charges/availability to carry out your request and amend payment should you require
• These times allow us enough time to fully prepare and clean the motor home for the next guests.
• Late Return Charges
• Unless agreed in advance, late returns will incur a charge of £50.00 per hour (or part of an hour), up to a maximum of the following night’s rental cost. Where applicable, these charges may be passed on to the next guest if their trip is delayed due to a late return.

• Additional Charges
• The following charges may apply if hire conditions are not met:
• • Fuel refill refill charge + £25.00 fee
• • Toilet cassette not emptied: £50.00
• • Grey waste tank not emptied: £50.00
• • Excessive cleaning required: £75.00
• • Evidence of smoking/vaping: £250.00 – £500.00
• • Missing items or breakages: Cost of replacement/repair
• Please note:
• The motorhome must be returned in the same condition it left in. A quick sweep and wipedown alone will not be sufficient.
