Hiring rules

  • We really love sharing Viv with other families, and we are hoping that you will treat Viv as your own.
  • These are the house rules:
  • 1. Please provide a valid driving license photocopy.
  • 2. Strictly NO SMOKING. £100.00 penalty for smoking inside the van.
  • 3. Return with a full tank: Should be returned with a full tank or at the same level as when you hired it.
  • 4. Return in a clean condition. There will be a £50.00 fine deduction from your deposit if Viv returns dirty.
  • 5. Viv isn’t ULEZexempt or CLEAN AIR ZONE exempt, so there are applicable charges for entering the zone. Please ensure that the required ULEZ charges are paid.
  • 5. Parking: Please follow local authority regulations and camping restrictions. This includes avoiding restricted or noovernight parking zones and ensuring the campervan doesn't obstruct traffic or create a hazard. Any fees and penalties will be charged to you.
  • 6. Wellbehaved furbabies are welcome with a fee of £50.00. (No one will be left behind. 🐾)
  • The most important house rule is to make good memories. 😊 Enjoy!

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We are a family of three and we love a spontaneous trip to a beach come rain or shine. We love to share that experience with you and hope you will have an amazing trip with our fully equipped campervan, VIV. Viv is comfy & warm and drives like a dream. We especially love to visit Pembrokeshire and being able to stay where we like with a view of our choice.
