Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a great holiday in this van, communication with Fay was perfect and she showed us everything we needed at pick-up and was on hand over the phone if we needed to ask anything. The van was clean and tidy with a basic pantry, cleaning products and some toiletries. We didnt use the oven or the shower but we know everything else worked perfectly. Great time and wouldnt hesitate to hire this Motorhome again.
