I would recommend you to upgrade the excess reduction package on the Insurance/breakdown cover as this will reduce the excess paid & give you extra piece of mind on you adventures.

Hiring rules

  • 1. Return Time & Location
  • The motorhome must be returned at the agreed time and location stated in the hire agreement.
  • Late returns may incur a charge £50.00 per hour and may void insurance coverage if outside the agreed
  • rental period.
  • 2. Fuel & Fluids
  • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at collection (normally a full tank).
  • A refueling charge £20.00 plus the cost of fuel will apply if not refilled.
  • Engine oil, coolant, and AdBlue (if applicable) should be checked during hire, and any issues
  • reported on return.
  • 3. Cleanliness
  • The interior of the motorhome must be clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed.
  • Cooking areas, fridge, and utensils should be cleaned before return.
  • Floors should be swept or mopped if dirty.
  • Exterior cleaning is not required unless excessively dirty (e.g. mud, tar, or insects).
  • A cleaning fee £30.00 may be deducted for excessive dirt, stains, or odours.
  • 4. Toilet & Waste Tanks
  • Both the toilet cassette and grey water tank must be emptied and rinsed before return.
  • A sanitation charge will apply if this is not completed £30.00
  • 5. Damage & Inventory
  • A return inspection will be carried out with the renter present.
  • Any damage, missing equipment, or breakages will be recorded.
  • Charges may apply for:
  • Missing or broken items.
  • Interior or exterior damage.
  • Excessive wear or misuse.
  • 6. Personal Belongings
  • Renters must remove all personal items before returning the vehicle.
  • The owner is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items.
  • 7. Documentation & Final Checks
  • Mileage will be recorded upon return.
  • Any traffic fines, tolls, or charges received after the return date may be deducted from the deposit.
  • 1000 miles per booking any unreasonable extra will be charged for.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
