Hiring rules

  • • No smoking or vaping inside the caravan
  • • No pets unless approved in writing
  • • Approved drivers only; no offroad use
  • • Treat the caravan with care; report damage immediately
  • • Use appliances, power, gas, and water as instructed
  • • Toilet: approved chemicals & paper only — no wipes or sanitary items
  • • Return caravan clean, tidy, and with same fuel/water levels
  • • All rubbish removed; waste tanks emptied correctly
  • • Late returns or rule breaches may incur additional fees or loss of bond
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.

  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
