Hiring rules
- Please refrain from smoking in Hugo. Smoking is strictly prohibited in this motorhome.
- Cover the seats with the blankets provided if you are bringing along your beloved pet. These have bene provided for you.
- Bring your own bedding. A bed topper has been provided.
- Fuel is provided at the time of collection and we kindly ask that you return Hugo with the same amount of fuel as when you set off.
- Hirer must be 22 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
