My lovely 'Charlie' ready for hire, a touch of modern luxury in a well-designed compact space. Suitable all year-round, stress-free travelling and adventure in style…. She is classed as a 3 bed but much better for 2. Small dogs welcome (maximum of 2), up to approx 15k, there is not enough room for any bigger. There is a very comfortable fixed double bed above the garage (please don’t let your dog up on the bed). Solar panel fitted so leisure battery stays topped up and it is possible to live comfortably without mains hook-up for a few days then will need topping up by driving or EHU unless it is very sunny! The heating system is brilliant and lovely warm shower and hot water, uses the Gas or EHU to run. Every luxury that is needed is very well designed in a small space. It can get very warm and cosy on cold days. As it is low profile and not much wider than a large van, it is really easy to drive, and has a good quality reversing and rear view camera to aid with manoeuvring. Also has a front view dashcam. There are 2 rear seatbelts in lounge area. There is a digital radio, Cruise control and Air con in the cabin. A good-sized garage under the bed. 3 bike rack on the back. 2.3l manual diesel engine Euro 6. My motorhome is only 6m long (6.5m+ if you include loaded bike rack). You will be able to park your car on my drive in the motorhomes space.

Charlie is equipped with; A folder with, house rules and instruction manual for everything onboard. Cultery, crockery, mugs and beakers, basic cooking utensils. Sauce pans and frying pans, kettles. 2 towels (hand and tea towels), cleaning cloths and equipment, soap and washing up liquid. Rolls of suitable biodegradable toilet paper and toilet chemicals. The bed will have a topper and a mattress protector on it. You will need to bring your own bedding. A Spar wheel. Gas bottles. She has a fridge with a small freezer compartment, oven, grill and 3 ring hob, hot water system. Shower, sink and toilet cubicle. Roll out awning. Front cabin seats swivel. Bike rack for 3 bikes maximum Digital radio with Bluetooth connection to phone but she doesn’t have a TV. Welcome basic food pack with; Tea bags, coffee, sugar, biscuits, milk sachets and more. If you bring a dog, I can provide on request Dog Towels Pig tail stake and chain Stainless steel water and food bowel And covers for the seat (I would be grateful if you didn’t allow the dog on the bed please) What you will need to bring; Your own phone chargers Bedding Towels for personal use (I will provide tea towel and hand towel) Toiletries Outside equipment; Fold up table and 2 chairs Ground sheet Please book hard pitches wherever possible. Festivals not permitted. Gross weight 3000kg House rules Please use a storm strap on the awning when it’s out, or please wind it away in windy weather. Sky lights to be closed when travelling, away from vehicle and in wet weather. Toilet cassette to be empty and rinsed out on return. A charge will be applied if not. The shower trays in motorhomes are nor suitable for storing luggage, there is plenty of areas for storage. Please return with a full tank of diesel. If not the cost to refill will be applied. Grey waste emptied before return and dispose of your own rubbish. Outside furniture to be clean and put away in the garage. Fridge freezer, oven, hob, shower and basins clean and tidy. All kitchen equipment cleaned and put away. If dirty outside please have it cleaned. Breakages and damages will be chargeable. *NO BEACH DRIVING PLEASE.* Late return fees may apply, Please let me know if any different from agreed times as I work so I may not be in. I hope you have a wonderful holiday and enjoy...and it is a holiday made up of wonderful, unforgettable memories.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
