Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We're more of an active adventurous family using the campervan to visit unsual destinations to cave, canyon, cycle. spear fish and dive. Coming back to a well kept campervan within walking distance of a local pub or on a good campsite makes a more happier experience. We've made the difficult decision to give people and other families a chance to enjoy Marvel as we don't want it to sit idle as our kids have grown up. Please take care and enjoy Marvel as much as possible!!
