Hiring rules

  • Our van is smoke free, and we hope you can respect that, this is our space as well as others.
  • Our daily mileage cap is 130 miles per day. Any additional miles will be charged at a rate of £0.35p per mile this will be recorded at time of handover and pickup
  • If the toilet has not been emptied there will be a charge of £50.00 for us to empty and clean it on top of everything else
  • Please put everything back as you found it that includes the outdoor equipment in the garage area which we expect to be put back into the bags they are presented in. Failure to do this will incur extra charges
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had an amazing break away in the motorhome and couldnt recommend it highly enough. Mark was super helpful from the very start of the process right through until the end of our trip. He was always on the end of the phone if we needed anything, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. The motorhome itself was spotless and had absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable trip away. You can tell a lot of care and attention goes into making sure guests have a great experience. We would definitely book again!
