Additional information

We appreciate accidents can sometime happen, so please let us know if anything has broken or misplaced, this is important as it allows us to replace for the next adventurers.

Hiring rules

  • When you return the van, we ask that you give the interior a quick clean and pressure wash any dirt off the exterior so we can do a quick once over to ensure there is no nasty dings for us to find at a later date.
  • When you take the van we ensure you have a full tank of diesel, please ensure that you return with a full tank, there is two fuel stations within 1 mile of our location should you need them, if you don't then we charge you for the tank of fuel.
  • Any pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc please also kindly leave clean. Again, we will put everything through the dishwasher again.
  • Hirer must be 27 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
