MERCEDES SPRINTER CAMPER – HOME ON WHEELS, READY FOR ADVENTURE This is a properly built Sprinter with proper insulation and off-grid capability. Sleeps two adults comfortably, with a flexible pull-out bed that works tucked in for single occupancy or pulled out as a generous double. You can sleep lengthways or sideways—whatever suits. There's also floor space if you need to squeeze in a small bed for a little one. What's inside: · Fixed separate shower and bathroom (proper wet room) · Kitchenette with gas hob, fridge, freezer, and...an espresso machine (because holidays need good coffee) · 240v supply, solar, independent heating, hot water · Two fans including a Maxxfan, LED mood lighting, Sonos speaker · Picnic table and small dining table, two-seater sofa · Garage space for gear, plenty of USB and 12v sockets She's warm when it's cold, cool when it's hot, and totally self-sufficient. Sheets, towels, extras can all be supplied on request. Just turn up and go!

Hiring rules

  • HOUSE RULES
  • Fuel: Diesel tank supplied full. Please return full. Simple.
  • Water: Fresh water tank topped up before departure. Please drain before return (or leave empty—just let me know).
  • Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside. You'll smell it forever.
  • Pets: By prior arrangement only. Must be wellbehaved and not left unattended in the van. Extra cleaning charge may apply.
  • Toilet cassette: Please empty before return. If you'd rather not, let me know and I'll sort it—small fee applies.
  • Mileage: 200 miles per day included. Fair usage policy beyond that—just ask if you need more.
  • Return condition: Please return cleanish. Spillages, crumbs, muddy footprints all fine—I expect it to be lived in. Just don't leave bin bags or dirty dishes. I'll handle the deep clean.
  • What's included: Sheets, towels, espresso pods etc available on request. Just ask before collection.
  • Departure/return times: Flexible where possible. Just communicate.
  • Pickup & return location: The van lives in central London (Victoria, 5 minutes from train station). Collection and return must be from the same agreed area unless other arrangements are made in advance. If you need a different pickup or dropoff point, just ask—I'm open to it, but I'll need to factor in time and any charges on my side.
  • ULEZ & EMISSIONS ZONES: The van is Euro 4 so not ULEZ compliant. I'll cover the ULEZ charges for the collection and return days so you can pick up and drop off stressfree. If you're planning to drive into other emissions zones (Bath, Bristol, Birmingham etc), those charges are down to you—same as any hire company. If you're unsure or want to visit somewhere with restrictions, give me a headsup in advance and we can work something out. Some boroughs need payment within 24 hours, so a quick message helps us both avoid any fines.
  • The golden rule: Treat it like your own. It's my home, but I want you to feel like it's yours too!
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
