Everything is exactly where you need it. creating a practical yet cosy environment that feels like a true home on wheels. The van is fully equipped with two gas hobs, a gas heater to keep you warm on cooler nights, and a sink with cold running water for added convenience. Maple is built for off-grid living. A huge leisure battery supported by solar panel charging, powers your essentials with ease. You’ll also have 240V shore power when needed, along with six USB charging points to keep all your devices topped up. The small fridge freezer runs efficiently off solar power keeping your food and drinks fresh wherever you are. Step outside and enjoy the spacious awning perfect for relaxing, dining, or simply soaking in your surroundings. Inside we’ve included all the essentials such as linen, cutlery, and crockery; so you can focus on enjoying your trip from the moment you set off. Important Information & Terms • No smoking or pets are allowed in the van • Please return Maple in the same condition as you received it • The grey water tank and toilet must be emptied before return -failure to do so will result in a £30 cleaning fee • Maple must be returned with a full tank of fuel. The nearest fuel station is approximately 2 miles away. Failure to refill will result in the cost of fuel plus a £15 inconvenience fee. • Mileage allowance: ○ 100 miles per day for hires of 2 days ○ 750 miles for a week’s hire ○ Additional mileage charged at £0.30 per mile unless pre agreed • Any breakages or damage must be reported on or before return ○ Costs for damages will be deducted from your deposit ○ In the event of an insurance claim, the full deposit will be used Optional Extras • Camping chairs: £5 per chair • Foldable picnic table: £15 • Welcome hamper (perfect for celebrations, includes decorations and your choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks): from £35 Collection & Delivery • Free parking is available when you collect the van. • Delivery within a 50-mile radius may be possible for an additional case by case charge. • Collection and drop-off times can be flexible depending on the day. ○ Standard times: Collection from 16:30 Drop-off by 15:30 Maple is the perfect companion for those looking to explore freely, travel comfortably, and enjoy the simplicity of off-grid living, all without compromising on the little luxuries that make a trip truly special.
