  • Vehicle Return Guidelines
  • To ensure everything runs smoothly for you and our future guests, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below when returning the vehicle.
  • Before Returning the Vehicle
  • * Please return the vehicle in the same condition as it was received. An inventory will be provided and checked at both collection and return.
  • * Ensure the toilet waste has been emptied.
  • * Remove all food from cupboards and the fridge.
  • * Please complete all washing up, clean the interior, and return items to their original places.
  • * The fuel tank should be returned at the same level as received. If not, the cost to top it up will be deducted from the deposit.
  • During Your Hire
  • * Please report any breakages, losses, faults, or muddy incidents as soon as possible.
  • * Any missing or damaged items may be chargeable.
  • *Traffic Offences: All fines incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. This includes, but not limited to, speeding fines, parking fines and clean air zone fines.
  • Roadside assistance: Full assistance is provided
  • Safety Reminders
  • * Do not drive with accommodation windows or roof hatches open. Ensure all lever catches are securely closed before setting off.
  • * Please make sure the gas is turned off before driving.
  • * Secure and stow all loose items properly before travelling.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
