  • Hire Rules & Important Information
  • Thanks for considering our Volkswagen Transporter T26 TDI BlueMotion for your adventure. We use the van ourselves for family trips, surfing and weekends away, so it’s well cared for and fully set up to make travelling easy and enjoyable.
  • Drivers must meet Camplify insurance requirements and feel confident driving a campervan.
  • Collection and return from the Strabane area with a full walkthrough and handover provided.
  • Secure parking at our home may be available during your hire period by prior arrangement.
  • Please return the van reasonably clean and tidy, with rubbish removed and all equipment packed away.
  • Fuel must be returned at the same level as collection.
  • No smoking or vaping inside the van.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Festivals, large events or offroad use only by prior agreement.
  • Please avoid automatic car washes and lowclearance barriers.
  • Hirers are responsible for any fines, tolls or damage incurred during the booking period.
  • We simply ask guests to treat the van with care and respect so others can enjoy it too.
  • Pickup & DropOff Times
  • Standard pickup time is from 3:00pm with return by 11:00am.
  • We try to keep collection and dropoff as flexible as possible around other bookings, cleaning and preparation time, so if you need slightly different times just ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • A full handover is provided at collection to ensure you’re comfortable using everything before setting off on your trip.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
