  • No smoking in van
  • Mileage limits (per day or per hire) e.g. 100 miles per day are included in the booking price. You will be charged £0.45p per mile for additional distance travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within Camplify’s pre and posthire checklist.
  • Awning not to be used in windy conditions. Or left out unattended.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
