Vera is supplied with kitchen utensils, cookware, crockery, cutlery, mugs, glasses, a toaster, electric kettle, and traditional stovetop kettle, so you can enjoy home comforts wherever you travel. A drive-away awning is included, providing additional living and storage space when you're pitched up. The campervan also comes equipped with a Porta Potti toilet for added convenience. Please return Vera in a clean and tidy condition, with the fuel tank topped up to the same level as at collection. Full operating instructions will be provided at handover, and we're always happy to answer any questions before or during your trip. We want you to have a relaxing and memorable adventure and ask that you treat Vera with the same care and respect that we do.

Hiring rules

• Vera's Hiring Rules & Important Information
• Collection & Return
• • Standard collection time is 10:00am unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• • Please allow at least one hour for handover before setting off. During this time we will show you around Vera, explain how everything operates, answer any questions, and complete the vehicle checklist and condition report together.
• • Standard return time is 5:00pm unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• • Please allow up to one hour on return to unload your belongings and complete the final vehicle inspection, checklist, and condition report.
• Mileage
• • Your booking includes 100 miles per day.
• • Additional mileage is charged at 45p per mile over the total allowance for your booking.
• Safety & Vehicle Care
• • Drivers must hold a full valid driving licence and meet Camplify's insurance requirements.
• • Please ensure you are familiar with the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the insurance cover provided.
• • No smoking, vaping, or naked flames inside the campervan, including candles.
• • No offroad driving.
• • The gas bottle must always be turned off before driving.
• • The water container must be disconnected and stored before driving.
• • The poptop roof must be fully lowered, secured, and checked before driving away. Failure to do so may result in serious damage to the roof mechanism and canvas.
• Damage, Breakdowns & Accidents
• • Any damage, warning lights, faults, accidents, or incidents must be reported immediately.
• • If damage occurs, please provide details of who, what, where, and when, together with photographs where possible.
• • If any engine warning light appears while driving, pull over safely as soon as possible and contact us immediately for advice.
• • In the event of an accident, prioritise your safety and the safety of others. Move to a safe location if possible and contact us and/or Camplify as soon as it is safe to do so.
• Before Returning Vera
• • Return the fuel level to the same level as at collection.
• • Empty and clean the Porta Potti.
• • Wash and put away all kitchen equipment, crockery, and utensils.
• • Return Vera in a clean and tidy condition.
• Most importantly, enjoy your adventure, take care of Vera, and create some wonderful memories along the way!
