  • 1. Driver Requirements
  • • Minimum age: 25 years old
  • • Maximum age: 70 years old (or as required by your insurer)
  • • Must have held a full, valid driving licence for at least 2 years
  • • Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major convictions)
  • • Licence must be valid in the UK (or acceptable international equivalent)
  • 2. Insurance & Documentation
  • • Drivers must provide:
  • • Driving licence (front & back)
  • • Two proofs of address (dated within the last 90 days)
  • • Only named drivers are insured and permitted to drive
  • 3. Collection & Return
  • • Collection time: 12pm
  • • Return time: 1pm
  • • The vehicle must be returned:
  • • On time
  • • Clean
  • • With agreed fuel level
  • • Late returns may incur additional charges
  • 6. Use of Vehicle
  • The motorhome must NOT be used:
  • • For events (unless agreed in advance)
  • • For commercial use
  • • Outside of UK
  • • By anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • 7. Pets & Smoking

  • • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • • Trip interruptions beyond control
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
