Hiring rules

  • Full terms available to review before booking, in summary:
  • Driver Requirements: Drivers must be aged 25+, held a licence for 2 years+.
  • Mileage Allowance: 120 miles per day (up to 6day hires) or 840 miles for 7day hires. Additional mileage is charged at 55p per mile.
  • Collection & Return: Collection from 1:30pm. Return by 10:30am unless otherwise agreed.
  • Fuel: Please return the campervan with a full tank of diesel.
  • No pets, smoking or cooking fish inside the campervan or awning.
  • Care of the Campervan: Please return Vicky clean, tidy and in the same condition as collected. Charges may apply for damage, missing items or excessive cleaning.
  • Road Charges: Any speeding fines, parking tickets, tolls or penalties incurred during your hire remain your responsibility.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
