The van can sleep 5 people but please bear in mind it only has 4 seatbelts for travelling. We have one double bed above the cab. The u-shaped sofa at the back turns into a decent size double and the dinette area turns into a single. All appliances are serviced annually and are in full working order. Heating, hot water, and a fridge can all run on either gas or electricity. The solar panels charge the leisure batteries if you're off-grid too. The cooker and hob are gas, with one electric ring too. The TV at the back can be tuned to your local area and includes a DVD player for those rainy days.

Hiring rules

• 1. Please read through our helpful printed guide before driving off.
• 2. No smoking in van please.
• 3. Use provided mattress covers on all beds and covers for animals.
• 4. No pets to be left in vehicle unattended.
• 5. Always use steering lock and extra security door locks and set alarm when leaving vehicle.
• 6. No smoking inside
• 7. No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins
• 8. Hirer age restrictions (min 25  / maximum 70 years (check with your insurer)
• 9. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises/leaving the van/overnight
• 10. Standard pickup / dropoff times are between 8am and 7pm
• 11. Travel distance 100 miles per day or maximum 800 miles included in the normal booking price, extra is charged at 45p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond
• 12. Any penalty charges e.g. £50.00 for late return
• What to do in the event of an emergency e.g. EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me.
• What to do if damage occurs e.g. DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Rules on refuelling e.g. FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure. Outline any penalties for not returning the van full.
• Rules on cleaning e.g. CLEANING Clean the equipment and van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge (state what the charge will be).
• What to do about waste WATER AND TOILET e.g. water and toilet must be emptied or risk a fine of £50.00.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Steve and Janine were very helpful and worked hard to ensure we had all the info we needed. They were on hand (by phone / message) to deal with any queries. Our holiday with the van was very good. We accidentally ran down the vehicle battery a bit and needed a jump start, but that was the only (self-inflicted) hiccup. The van had all we needed for a comfortable trip.

  We had a fantastic weekend in Janine and Steves motorhome. Marlene is so well equipped so it is a real home from home and very comfortable. Janine and Steve took the time to show us round the van and were really helpful. 100% recommended!
