Additional information
Please note mileage allowance is as follows: 100 miles per day 45p per mile thereafter UK trips only. Fuel policy- Bee will have a full tank upon collection, hirers to return her with a full tank. Gas policy- gas is included (spare gas bottles are provided). Crockery and cutlery are not provided by default, but we do have some bits available to borrow - please ask 🙂 Please treat our lovely van as if it were your own - clean up any spillages and sweep the floor out regularly. We also request that you do not take food or drink up into the pop up bed area. Waterproof mattress protectors are provided for both beds and must be used, and please do not remove the protective seat covers. Rules for Insurance - ALL drivers must meet the following criteria: - Drivers must be between age 25 and 75 - Must have a least 2 years' driving experience - No more than 6 points on licence, as 2 x 3 point offenses - Be able to produce two documents showing address e.g. utility bill / bank statement - 3 months old or less - UK / EU Drivers licence - address must be up to date and match proof of address doc provided
Hiring rules

- Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.

Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Michael 5.0So happy with Busy Bee, perfect for my needs/travels with my son. Great to drive, small enough to get around all the narrow lanes in the West country, Snowdonia and the Lake and Peak Districts. Retro fitted gas cooker and sink is ideal for camping (slides out so no cooking inside the van) and awning gives protection from sun and keeps you dry getting in and out of the van when it's raining. Comfortable to sleep in. Elethea was super helpful, easily contactable and ensured the pickup and redelivery went smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend Busy Bee!

The van was lovely to drive and easy to set up for a night. Great to have the kitchen in the boot as this then allowed more space inside. Alethea was really lovely and helpful in messages and in person. Thank you, this was a great experience x
