Hiring rules

  • No offroad. Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins.
  • No smoking inside the van
  • Pets only upon application
  • Family friendly festivals allowed
  • Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
  • Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises/leaving the van/overnight
  • Flexible pick up and drop off
  • No freecamping
  • Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
  • Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • Mileage We offer 100 miles per day on average with a .20p per additional mile fee.
  • Fuel Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
  • Cleaning Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a £50.00 charge.
  • Gas Cylinder usage included in the rental
  • Parking we no longer have free parking in our neighbourhood. If you want to leave your car, you will need to book a parking space with Just Park.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a great time in Berry! The van had everything you need to keep warm and dry in the English weather, as well as things you need when it is sunny. Joy was a great host and answered our messages swiftly and was very kind to leave us some treats for our trip

    Berry is a really nice van and very well equipped. On the Easter weekend, Joy also left a nice little Easter egg hunt for the boys to keep them happy, which was a really nice touch. Would definitely book again.
