Ron is a 2.2 Ltr Diesel with a 6 speed manual transmission. Cruise control, cab air conditioning, electric heated mirrors reversing sensors and camera for added assurances. All living area windows have black out shutters and fly screens to allow ventilation without entry to flies and bugs including all roof windows and vents. Roll out awning. The kitchen has everything you need - a 3 ring hob, grill, with a separate electric oven to be used when on EHU, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, Pans and utensils . The washroom has mixer taps on the sink and shower, perfect for those hot / cold showers on those wintry or hot summer days. The washroom also has its own heater vent and hanging rail for drying wet clothes General accessories included but not conclusive. 1. Electric hook up cable for campsites with 3 pin plug adapter. 2. Gasflow refillable tank, (refill LPG at garages at a fraction of cost of Calor bottles) 3. Leveling ramps 4.Camping pitch reserve sign 5. Camping chairs x2 6. Camping Table 7. • Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
• Normal Timings
• Collection 1400hrs (can be arranged earlier with prior notice at booking )
• Drop off 1100hrs ( can be arranged later with prior notice at booking)
• • EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
• • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• • NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside/ No festivals
• • UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• • LONG TRIPS up to an average of 200 miles a day allowance. You will be charged .32p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond for servicing costs if going over hired total.
• • FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• • CLEANING Please Clean the equipment and inside of the Van on return. if neglected and Excessive cleaning is required a minimum charge of £50.00 will be deducted from your bond.
• • COOKING GAS complementary 1 full tank

  The RV was very easy and comfortable to drive, even on the narrow roads in the west of Scotland. The handover explained everything fully. It was fully equipped with everything I needed (and more). I would definitely recommend using this service.

  We are thinking of buying a motorhome ourselves so decided to try one out for size and visit the Northumberland coast. We picked up Ron from Trevor in Sunderland who was super helpful in explaining the set up and giving us useful advice as mobile home novices. The van was fuelled, warm (it was mid February) and very clean and kitted out with everything we needed for our 5 day trip. We used the park4night app to locate our stops which was excellent. Great trip visiting the beautiful areas along the coast up to Berwick and Ron was a great place to enjoy it from. Whether it was a roadside stop by a stormy sea to put the kettle on for a quick cuppa and a chocolate digestive or settling down for a night with a fish and chip supper Ron was warm and cosy and gave us a real taste of van life. Great adventure and can't recommend Ron highly enough.

  Trevor and Julie are camplify Superhosts! Ron is perfect for short or long getaways with everything you could possibly need. We were first time motor home users but Ron made our 3 night tour of the Northumberland coast very special. We cannot fault anything from the booking enquiry to return handover. Trevor and Julie made everything so easy. Next year we will be renting Ron again for a longer period. We cannot recommend booking Ron enough.
