Additional information
Oulton Broad has a place to swim and launch kayaks or paddleboards with a nice seating area. You can book in advance a day trip on a Broads cruiser with the owner. (Price to be negotiated). Also, have a day Nicholas Everett Park has a lovely play area for kiddies and there are plenty of cafes for tea and cakes. Bridge Road just beyond the park has pubs, restaurants, and a wonderful fish and shop “The Mermaid’ who will deliver as will the local Chinese, etc. Carlton Marshes is also within easy walking distance with the Ivy House Hotel and restaurant on the way. Local supermarkets are a short drive away, or Tesco’s Express is a 15-minute walk. Gorleston’s award-winning beach is a 15-minute drive away and has a dog-friendly area. Lowestoft South Beach is sandy and has a blue flag, ideal for building sandcastles. The campsite can be reached via bus, train (Oulton Broad South (opposite reception) and car.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
