Hiring rules
- Collection time no earlier than 3pm / drop off time no later than 12pm unless by prior agreement.
- No smoking
- Mileage, 100 miles per day, any extra miles charged at 24p per mile.
- Please leave Bertie in the same condition you found him clean and tidy.
- Please do not wash the outside of Bertie, we have special body wash to use.
- No festivals
- Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
