'Saorsa' - meaning freedom in Scots Gaelic - is our first custom designed and home built camper. Built for adventure, Saorsa is just as happy off the beaten track as she is cozied up on a camp site. The van comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 1 child up to around age 10 (the child bed is a bunk over the front seats). Well behaved dogs are welcome (1 or 2 small-medium dogs with an additional cleaning fee of £10 per dog) She comes equipped with hot water (with a shower point for 'Al Fresco' showers!), heating and a gas hob. We also provide a camping style gas hob and BBQ for cooking outside the van. There is also a wind out awning fitted and camping chairs supplied so you can sit comfortably outside whatever the weather. You'll also find a TV, free Wi-Fi and plenty of USB ports for charging your devices, as well as 2x 240v sockets.

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Lovely little van, cosy and warm with plenty of mod cons. Easy to drive, quiet inside at night and secure. Perfect for summer but unfortunately not the most practical when caught in wet weather, needing to go outside and use the boot to get gas for the cooker. Ben kindly provided pillows but would recommend bringing your own fitted bed sheet and duvet as for us the tweed was quite itchy and the Voited blankets provided aren't the cosiest compared to a duvet. Just personal preference. Appliances worked great and we didn't manage to get the shower to work hot, but was good to hose the dogs after a day at the beach. Great to have an extractor fan when boiling on the double gas hob. WiFi wasn't really working. TARDIS like fridge. The internal lights were a bit bright for us so would recommend bringing your own night light if you want warm lighting. Lovely to have the dogs welcome in the van.

    We had a great weekend away, but had the worry of of a mileage, restriction, of 50p per mile as not stated within the app this was 100 mile per day when. Considering that it were 30 miles each way too collate van too home, then going too Scotland, a further 400 miles each way was heavy on the mind, but when we drop van off, this was resolved,

    We loved our adventure in "Saorsa", it was the perfect size van for travelling the smaller country roads, yet roomy enough to live in Great modern fitout, and an all round good looking van for those awesome holiday photos

    Great van. Excellent leisure battery so did several days without needing a hook up. Comfy bed. Great outside cooking too with BBQ and grill plates. No heating without hookup but that was no problem for a summer trip. Easy to drive and good visibility. Free wifi was a plus as with my laptop I got netflix while wild camping!!
