Hiring rules

  • If you would like to take the camper to Europe we charge £150.00 per booking.
  • This includes fully comprehensive insurance, RAC full breakdown, unlimited mileage, additional drivers, European driving kit and Sat Nav.
  • You must choose the van package option if you are going into Europe.
  • Once a booking has been confirmed all drivers will be required to provide the following identification 48 hours before collection of camper (no earlier as ID needs to be up to date)
  • Driving licence details front and back
  • DVLA check code
  • Bank statement dated within 90 days same address as licence
  • Utility bill/official letter dated within 90 days same address as licence.
  • NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
