Hiring rules
- No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins
- No smoking inside
- No pets
- No festivals
- Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
- Full to full fuel policy
- Awning must be packed away before windy / bad weather arises / leaving the van / overnight
- RV must return cleaned or risk a £50.00 fee
- Waste must be disposed of
- Toilet cassette must be emptied
- Standard pickup time 3pm / dropoff time is 12pm
- No freecamping
- Daily mileage limit of 100 miles, additional miles will be charged at £0.30/mi.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
