Hiring rules

  • Over 100 miles per day of booking will cost 45p per each extra miles.
  • Hirer to clear and rinse toilet cassette and to dispose of all the general waste before handing van back over.
  • Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The holiday was excellent and the van was clean and well maintained dugesh was excellent I'd hire again as it was real comfortable and plenty of room.

    We rented the van from Dugesh he is amazing with his customer service whenever we need a help he was always there.,we went to scotland with his van it was fully conditioned and the fuel effeciency was absloutely superb

    Basanti was perfect for our long weekend at a festival and Dugesh was a great- super responsive and really flexible. We will definitely be back when our next festival/camping holiday is booked

    This was our second time hiring this van from Dugesh. He is a pleasure to deal with. The van was spotless on collection. And served our needs. If youre looking for a reliable van and an owner who communicates well. Then this is for you. Would I hire this van again..ABSOLULTLEY.

    Idéal van for travelling in. Comfortable beds, spacious, good on fuel. Dugesh is really helpful and reasonable. Had a fab trip visiting Scotland in it.
