Our beautiful static is nestled in the Devon Countryside and within easy reach of Exter, Exmoor, Dartmoor. If its beech your after, the North Coast is an hour away and the west coast of Devon even closer. The van is stunning and well loved with all you need for the perfect get away whether its a peaceful retreat you are after or you want to explore the local countryside.

Drivers must hold a full UK, EU, EEA, Australian or New Zealand licence for at least 2 years. You can have up to 6 penalty points, with no major convictions, driving bans, and no more than 2 accidents in the past 3 years.

The site has plenty of open space for you to enjoy, a park for the children, a games room for all and our four legged friends can enjoy a dedicated dog exercise area. There is an on sote laundrett. There is also access to an outdoor swimming pool. The van has an enclosed decking for you to enjoy the views of the beautiful countryside.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking aloud. Well mannered mannered dogs considered at extra cost due to cleaning requirements.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
  • Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
