If its beech your after, the North Coast is an hour away and the west coast of Devon even closer. The van is stunning and well loved with all you need for the perfect get away whether its a peaceful retreat you are after or you want to explore the local countryside.

The site has plenty of open space for you to enjoy, a park for the children, a games room for all and our four legged friends can enjoy a dedicated dog exercise area. There is an on sote laundrett. There is also access to an outdoor swimming pool. The van has an enclosed decking for you to enjoy the views of the beautiful countryside.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking aloud. Well mannered mannered dogs considered at extra cost due to cleaning requirements.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
