Our lovely VW T5, Stormy, was converted in 2021. It features a full width double bed, two gas hobs and sink, fridge freezer, night heater and roof mounted solar panels enabling wild camping or trips to campsites without electrical hookups. The pop top has fully removal 'scenic canvas' for the inside out experience. The interior has been completely retrimmed in Bentley stich leather, there's air conditioning, a touch screen Pioneer stereo (Bluetooth, handsfree, Apple and Android mirroring) and an auto DSG gearbox for relaxed motoring. Equipped with cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, levelling kit, rugs.

Additional information

Most campervan 'rock n roll' beds are the width of two seats - effectively around the width of one and a half single beds. We specified ours with a three seater bed, which means its effectively the width of a double bed - it makes a huge difference for a good nights sleep, and makes it much more comfortable for kids sitting in the back, especially on longer journeys. Stormy is ideal for a family of 4 with kids under 10, as they can sleep comfortably in the pop top. For 4 adults or two adults with bigger kids we would suggest adding our airbeam driveaway awning, which attaches to the van creating additional covered space for dining/relaxing along with a separate 2 person sleeping pod. There's an additional charge for this. The powerful solar panel array on the van enables camping on sites without an electrical hook-up, even if it isn't very sunny. This will keep the fridge powered up and allow devices to be charged, lighting etc.

Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
Pick up from 3pm Drop back by 12pm. Collection and drop off times can be flexible subject to other customer bookings.
CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a £25.00 charge.
FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises / leaving the van / overnight

Pricing

Hire Fee: From £75.00 per day
Service fee: £50.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
