- Leave in same condition as found damages/additional charges to be charged against deposit with Camplify.
- Daily limit of 143 miles / day, additional miles charged at 30p / mile (mileage can be spread over whole trip)
- Please bring back in same cleanliness condition as it was provided excess cleaning will incur a £50.00 cleaning fee.
- Bike rack hire no other bike racks to be used on vehicle, no bikes kept in the vehicle
- Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Tom 5.0We had a wonderful trip in Clairs van. It had absolutely everything we needed - everything has been thought of - and it was remarkably spacious and comfortable. We would definitely love to use the van again. Clair had excellent communication throughout - and this was extra important for us as she reacted to our request with 24 hours notice, having had our other booked rental cancel on us the day before we were due to travel!
