Hiring rules

  • Pick up 2pm, Drop off by midday. Can be flexible depending on dates, please get in touch to discuss.
  • Fuel Full to full policy. £15.00 surcharge plus the difference if this hasn't been completed.
  • No smoking allowed inside.
  • Milage 1000 per week, additional 0.32p per mile
  • Cleaning fee If the motorhome isn't brought back in a reasonable condition you will be subject up to £50.00 cleaning fee.
  • Water tank Please refill £5.00
  • ** Pop Top is UNAVAILABLE **
  • If going abroad, you will be need to complete a VE103 document. Due to this, I cannot accept last minute bookings to go abroad. Please enquire within a weeks notice.
  • Parking You can park your car on our private driveway. We do not accept any liability on the vehicle.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    I had a fantastic experience with Hayley and her van. It is a beatiful van and easy to handle. I drove together with my small dog 1000 miles through south England without any problem. We had such a great time Hayley was very helpful. The pick up and drop off was easy and I could park my car in a safe place for the rental time. I would always rent again with her.

    It was very nice. We were able to enjoy UK driving for almost 1500 miles and the Hayley van has been a good solution! Well book again this van in case of a new vacation in UK
