Hiring rules
- No smoking in van. If you take a pet it need to be none moulting or deep clean the van before it comes back as iv had a few hires bring the van back with dog hair everywhere and in places you wouldn’t think!
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
