Hiring rules

  • Driver must have held licence for 2 years
  • No smoking inside
  • No pets
  • No festivals
  • Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
  • Standard pickup are 12pm FriSun 7pm MonThursday/ dropoff times are 5pm
  • No BBQ inside the van
  • Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required
  • Empty waste water
  • Cooking gas bottle to be returned.
  • Campers are responsible for purchasing any gas when bottle is empty.
  • A bottle will always be in the van to use as a deposit.
  • Deposit required within 48hrs of booking.
  • Hirer must be 26 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Im so glad I found this van! Everything you need and more, spotlessly clean, and a fantastic owner! Alan provides a really handy YouTube link that contains videos of how tos for every function of the van. The handover was brilliant taking the time to show me everything I needed to see and know. Extremely reliable, good on fuel and comfortable to drive and sleep in! I will definitely be using this again if the opportunity presents itself! Book it now!

    Our adventure around Scotland with Big Yellow Camper was just the best travel option. With amazing help of the owners, we were well prepared for the trip, and on site, we got amazing presentation of the car, and felt safe while travelling with Alan's assistant with any question we had. I recommend this car, very comfortable and well equipped. Gosia

    We hired the camper for a family holiday, and will definitely be doing so again! From the beginning Alan was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions. The van was very clean on arrival and was nice and easy to use with everything we needed in the van already which we thought was amazing. Would highly recommend!!
